Futures Recruitment Services are currently in search of a Travel Agency Manager, this is a varied role overseeing the coach tour operation and the travel agency department. The ideal individual will have travel agency experience and have proven leadership skills.
This role will be predominantly in the Aldwick office and will be customer facing.
As Travel Agency Manager we will rely on you to:
- Organising daily workloads for the team and meeting deadlines.
- Liaising with cruise lines to arrange promotions, visits and attend conferences.
- Selling coach holidays, day excursions, cruise and package holidays.
- Deliver and exceed branch performance and productivity.
- Deal with customer enquiries and aim to meet their expectations.
- Implement alternative and innovative ideas for achieving new business.
Skills & knowledge you will need as Travel Agency Manger:
- Travel Agency experience.
- Proven leadership skills.
- Sales and marketing abilities.
- Attention to detail.
- Highly organised.
The working hours are Mon-Fri 8:30-17:30 and you will also be required to work alternate Saturdays 8:30-16:00.
The salary is dependent on experience and will be review after successful completion of probation period.
