SOCIAL MEDIA SPECIALIST

TVG-Medulla, LLC company, is a high-growth organization that powers two high-quality chiropractic care organizations, Chiro One Wellness Centers and MyoCore Personalized Pain Care clinics. With over 80 clinics across the nation, our clinic care teams provide non-invasive, drug-free chiropractic care to thousands of patients each month.

We are currently look for a Social Media Specialist to help drive patient acquisition growth through the coordination of social media campaigns and projects. They will work closely with the digital, creative, design and clinic teams to create and support paid and organic social media marketing initiatives to drive ongoing growth across the Chiro One Wellness Centers and MyoCore Personalized Pain Care organizations.

Reporting to the Social Media Manager, we are looking for a candidate who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a passion for and proven track record of driving results via conversion-driven social media campaigns. This person will support the execution of social media strategies across multiple channels (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.) to build brand consideration and increase conversions.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities:

The Social Media Specialist role is critical in driving patient acquisition through both paid and organic social media channels, ensuring we are meeting our KPIs (new patient acquisition numbers) and budgets (within our budgeted spend amounts) for each channel. He/She will also support the digital team in managing our online reputation - ensuring all Google, Yelp, social media and other online reviews are responded to effectively and in a timely manner.

* Create and post both paid and organic social media posts (roughly three posts per week per channel). Ensure brand consistency in social media copy through tone, voice, and terminology. Gain necessary approvals from management and legal.
* Track both paid and organic KPIs for social. For paid posts, this includes leads, conversions and Cost Per Acquisition (CPA). For organic, this includes engagement rates, likes, comments, shares, click through rates, and community growth. Analyze performance and provide recommendations to improve performance.
* Manage customer reviews. Collect and log 5-star reviews. For negative reviews, work closely with the Patient Advocate team to identify negative reviews and mentions on social channels and Google My Business. Assist social media team in creating strategy to address negative reviews and foster more positive reviews.
* Monitor and respond to patient comments daily across multiple social media channels (both direct messages and public comments). Escalate comments to the Social Media Manager when appropriate.
* Run doctor organic social program across 70+ clinics, including administering best practices to new doctors, assisting them in the creation and execution of social posts, monitoring doctors to ensure they are adhering to best practices on social channels, maintaining list of doctor statuses (gold, silver, bronze) and creating engaging contests to stimulate doctor posts on social channels.
* Monitor emerging social media trends within chiropractic, healthcare, and across other verticals to identify new, innovative social channels, content, design, and conversion techniques. Work with the Social Media Manager to incorporate trends into social media tactics.
* Work closely with Social Media Manager to create and manage the editorial calendar and create actionable plans to both grow and maintain followers through social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, YouTube and LinkedIn.
* Assist in coordinating video shoots, roughly 1-2 per month. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, aligning participant schedules, circulating agendas, and coordinating with vendors and agencies.. Local travel may be required to video shoots.

Minimum Qualifications

* Bachelors degree in marketing, communications, business or equivalent.
* 2-3 years minimum of full-time social media experience that includes paid and organic social media with proven results in running performance-driven campaigns.
* Facebook and Instagram ads manager experience.
* Experience with social media management tools like HootSuite, Sprout Social, etc.
* Experience in creating effective Facebook and Instagram content.
* Excellent written and oral communication skills with ability to communicate concisely and compellingly.
* Time and project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple, competing priorities across clinic, paid and organic programs.
* Results-focused approach to running projects, meeting timelines and working collaboratively to successfully complete initiatives.
* Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.)

Preferred Qualifications

* Agile marketing experience
* CRM experience (Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, etc.)
* Email/nurture software experience (such as Active Campaign)
