Job Description

The Social Media Special is responsible for managing 75% organic, 25% paid social campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Pinterest, YouTube, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn and more. Strategizes all aspects of in-house social campaigns including implementation, monitoring, analysis, reporting as well as partnering with creative and other digital team members and managers. Partners closely with other team members and departments to create and deliver a cohesive message across all active social media channels. Additionally, the candidate will oversee all influencer efforts including strategy, selection, execution management and reporting. The ideal candidate is a self-starter, collaborative, relationship-oriented and highly organized.

  • Partner with digital team to revise social media strategy to plan, launch, optimize and report on social media campaigns across all active channels.
  • Create, maintains and publishes a paid social media calendar for all active brand channels, assuring cohesiveness across all customer-facing efforts.
  • Help lead and provide feedback to creative on tailored content creation across all social media platforms to optimize for engagement, impressions, traffic and reach.
  • Develop giveaway strategies, assuring alignment to overall business goals and objectives as well as with cross-functional departments and teams.
  • Measure, analyze and report qualitatively and quantitively to identify opportunities for improvement and optimization to enhance the customers' experience as well as the overall social media plan, build best practices and establish benchmarks.
  • Serve as the day-to-day contact for current and potential vendors and social network partners.
  • Work with digital marketing team to help plan and execute the influencer program, to include: strategy and execution, influencer outreach, identifying and driving opportunities to grow and expand.
  • Generate, edit, publish and share daily content that builds meaningful connections and encourages community members to act
  • Support other paid social media efforts via agency relations
  • Monitor trends across all social media channels (paid and organic), and appropriately applies that knowledge to increase the effectiveness of Stanley Steemer social media efforts.
  • Partner with Digital Marketing, Regional Branch and Franchise Marketing, Creative and other cross-functional teams in order to create compelling communication strategies
  • Partner with Creative teams to develop necessary creative assets to bring communication strategies to life
  • Maintain strong relationships with bloggers and influencers
  • Develop written materials including influencer briefs, presentations, one-sheeters, etc.
  • Manage and develop influencer programs and relationships, building brand ambassadors while keeping content diverse and fresh
