About the team …
The marketing team is led by a Marketing Manager who has been promoted from within since joining as a graduate executive. Within the marketing team there are Content writers creating engaging content for the B2B and B2C customers. There is a great opportunity for your career growth within this marketing team.
About you …
As the Social Media Manager you will play a key role in the marketing team, establishing a two-way conversational relationship with our followers and key influencers.
You will have autonomy over the punchy, creative content and frequency of postings on social media channels including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, Discord and Youtube.
You will use Graphic Design software to create engaging digital design content, using CANVA or Adobe
You will build relationships with the subject matter experts to help you create the engaging content
You will use a scheduling tool such as Hootsuite and understand how to create reports on performance

Produce reports on social media analytics and KPI progress for monthly meetings
Generate new/original ideas for maximising the impact on social media
Stay up to date with social media initiatives, behaviours and platforrms
Create punchy engaging written content
Establish relationships with our followers and influencers to amplify content product awareness and sales
Why we are excited about you …
You have proven Social Media experience, a hands-on approach, and a can-do attitude to all areas of responsibility
You have knowledge and are excited about working in digital communication channels such as facebook and Instagram
You have a background in creating engaging, punchy content for social media platforms
You are confident working with digital customer service platforms/tools
You have experience of using Graphic Design software such as CANVA or Adobe.
You are extremely organised and have exceptional communication skills both verbally and written

What's on offer?
The successful Social Media Manager can expect to receive a basic salary of between £25,000 - £30,000 depending on experience + Benefit package
