This is a great opportunity for a Social Media Manager, who is client focused, to progress their career within an award winning, pioneering Marketing / PR / Influencer Agency.

Responsibilities
The Social Media / Content Manager is a creative social media generalist who ensures that cohesive, high-fidelity and strategic applications of our clients' brand standards and expectations are achieved in our influencer content on our most complex accounts. They're tasked with delivering creator content feedback for all social formats-social captions, static images, gifs, short-form video, long-form video, TikToks, hashtag challenges, audio, livestreams, AR filters, and more-with a focus on clear, social-first copy and strong aesthetic POV.

Creator brief development and concept review
Craft briefs and guides for content creators, focusing on translating campaign concepts in a way that helps creators hit key messaging points and adhere to best practices
Join Production colleagues for influencer briefing calls as necessary to disseminate key brand messaging priorities, educate influencers on client brand values and principles to contextualize what successful narratives and content storytelling looks like to creators in a positive and encouraging manner
Support Production colleagues in reviewing creator concepts for messaging fidelity and creative alignment, providing copy notes, art direction, platform recommendations (e.g., Reels v. in-feed video) and supporting any troubleshooting in advance of presenting concepts for client approval
Help present creator concepts to clients, working with Creative and Production colleagues as needed to craft decks or pitch ideas live

Content refinement and management
Help develop internal guides for each client and campaign that focus on standards for assessing content quality and brand alignment
Support Production colleagues in reviewing creator content drafts (copy, captions, creative assets) for fidelity and creative alignment to concept and overall campaign expectations, looping in Art Direction, Copywriting, and Creative leadership colleagues as needed
Provide feedback to creators with kindness and respect, focusing on suggested re-works, notes, and visual direction as needed to push the content to the highest bar possible
Help manage the content feedback process internally between Production and Creative to ensure that clients only see content once it's mostly aligned to brief
Help develop best practices tools to empower Production colleagues to evaluate and flag real time if live content requires editing

Requirements
At least 4 years related experience on creative teams or social teams at marketing/advertising agencies or in-house at brands with ascending responsibility
Proven expertise in writing and creating or managing content for social, across platforms and formats
Strong POV about language and messaging, and ability to quickly understand brand voice
Passion for pop culture and keeping up with emerging social, political, and aesthetic trends
Ability to work efficiently across a variety of assignments and manage time appropriately
Collaborative working style with positive attitude and enthusiasm for making great work happen!
