Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

Hours: Monday to Friday 9am -5pm (Hybrid)

Salary: Competitive salary up to 28,000 starting, based on experience.

Location: Hull City Centre

As part of their 2024 growth strategy, they are currently on the lookout for a talented Social Media Manager to play a key role in developing and executing successful social media strategies for their diverse client base.

As the Social Media Manager you will be responsible for managing organic and paid social media campaigns across various platforms, crafting engaging content, analysing data, and building strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies for assigned clients.
  • Create compelling organic content that resonates with target audiences.
  • Manage and optimise paid social media campaigns on Meta, LinkedIn, Pinterest, and TikTok.
  • Monitor social media performance using analytics tools and generate insightful reports.
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest social media trends, platforms, and best practices.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team and clients to ensure brand consistency.
  • Build strong, lasting relationships with clients, including monthly/quarterly meetings to discuss performance and enhance strategies.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in social media management.
  • Experience within a marketing agency is preferred but not essential.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful social media campaigns.
  • In-depth knowledge of major social media platforms (Meta, LinkedIn, Pinterest, TikTok).
  • Excellent content creation skills (copywriting & graphic design).
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret social media data.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • A passion for social media and a keen eye for detail.
