The Role:

We're looking for a passionate and strategic Social Media Manager with a strong focus on LinkedIn to join their team. This role is crucial for managing the LinkedIn accounts of their B2B clients, enhancing the personal brands of key individuals within these organisations, and leading the strategic direction of these accounts to achieve maximum engagement and business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • LinkedIn Account Management: Take full ownership of managing their clients' company LinkedIn pages, ensuring content is engaging, brand-consistent, and optimised for business growth.
  • Personal Brand Development: Work closely with individual clients to develop and implement strategies that enhance their personal brands on LinkedIn, aligning with their professional goals and the broader objectives of their organisations.
  • Strategic Planning: Own the relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and crafting tailored strategies that leverage LinkedIn's unique capabilities for B2B engagement and networking.
  • Content Creation & Curation: Collaborate with our content team to create compelling, high-quality content that resonates with target audiences, including articles, posts, videos, and infographics.
  • Performance Analysis: Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of LinkedIn campaigns and strategies, using insights to make informed decisions and optimise future efforts.
  • Trend Monitoring: Stay abreast of the latest trends and features on LinkedIn and the wider social media landscape, incorporating innovative practices into client strategies.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in social media management, with a strong preference for expertise in LinkedIn for B2B organisations.
  • Excellent understanding of LinkedIn analytics, SEO, and social media marketing strategies.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage client relationships and communicate effectively across teams.
