We seek a Social Media Manager / Campaign Manager for Paid Ads to implement strategies that increase client followers, engage and retain them, and help convert them into leads, customers, and promoters of the companies you manage. You should have command of best practices and trends in social media marketing, enjoy being creative, and understand how to build and convert a digital audience.


´╗┐Responsibilities:

  • Manage clients' social media profiles and presence on Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, or other relevant channels.
  • Create content for client networks to build brand awareness and spread messaging to targeted audiences.
  • Monitor and engage in discussions about each client's company, competitors, and industry.
  • Run regular social campaigns and track success.
  • Work alongside marketers to help distribute content that educates and entertains each client's audience and supports their marketing goals.
  • Drive consistent, relevant traffic and leads from each client's social network presence.
  • Explore new ways to identify and engage in new social networks to reach targeted buyers.
  • Track, measure, and analyze initiatives and create reports to demonstrate ROI.


Requirements:

  • 2+ years social media marketing experience.
  • BA/BS degree in Journalism, Marketing, Communications, or other related fields.
  • Proficiency with all social platforms (Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.) and tools (Buffer, Hootsuite, Bit.ly, etc.)
  • Familiarity with community management and an affinity to engage with consumers.
  • Ability to pull and read analytics to adjust campaigns and strategies accordingly.
  • An analytical mind and interest in using data to optimize/scale.
  • Excellent organizational skills to work independently and manage projects with many moving parts.
  • Attention to detail with the ability to multitask.
  • Solid critical thinking skills.
  • Experience with marketing technology solutions providers is beneficial.


Notes:

In-office, remote, or hybrid work is available. Interview will include an e-tray exercise and written test. We will assess key competencies such as writing ability, decision-making, time management, accuracy, organization, critical thinking, and communication skills.
