Social Media Creative Consultant - London

Salary: £25,000 - £38,000 depending on experience

The Company:

Our client is an independent and fast-growing digital consultancy who uses data and behavioural models to identify how organisations should behave across social and digital media, are looking for a creative social media enthusiast to join their innovative team.

The Role:

Driven by a passion for social media and being at the forefront of what comes next for online brands, the successful candidate will work with clients and colleagues to take a brief and pitch original ideas, leading relationships with clients alongside creating content and making award-winning campaigns happen.

Role Responsibilities:

  • A hands-on role "making it happen" all the way from original brief through to campaign delivery, including pitching, making content and delivery.

Essential Skills & Requirements:

  • 2-5 years' experience either in-house and agency, specialising in copywriting, video editing, graphic design, motion graphics, photography or shoot coordination
  • Passionate about all things social and digital
  • Excellent production management and communication skills
  • Expert with Adobe Creative Suite
  • Experience client-facing, including pitching ideas
  • Expert in social media, knowing what makes a TikTok hit the #ForYou page, knowing Reels from IGTV, with a deep understanding of how to make people engage
  • Fluent in social media copy, with a drive to learn what makes people act in just 280 characters
  • A positive, can-do attitude, comfortable working in a fast paced, dynamic environment
