We are working with the UK head office (Hemel Hempstead) of an extremely exciting global business who are at the forefront of their sector; this is a really well known and futuristic technology company that are renowned for empowering and developing people, giving them all the tools to make their own mark on a role and project.

We are recruiting a Social Media Associate to join this global brand.

This is such an exciting position in which you'd be working on marketing campaigns featuring high profile celebrities as well as other very top priority projects.

Within this role you will be reporting to the Manager of the PR & Social Media department, you will be supporting the PR/Social Media comms activities.

You will have a very good opportunity to really make a splash, really able to get to grips with projects and given teh power to lead on various high profile social media campaigns. This needs someone that lives and breaths social media and knows it inside and out, someone that can get stuck into the trends and analytics of it.

We are looking for people that can offer full time commitment to this role, the team is based in the companies UK HQ, which is in Hemel Hempstead, and they offer hybrid working (3 days WFH and 2 in office).

This will be paying a salary of £50,000 + an unbelievably good, attractive and extensive benefits package.

Overview of duties:

Assist in planning and implementing social media and PR campaigns in EMEA as well as press office support where required
Work with in-market teams to localise campaigns and content and to advise the local markets on how to implement them in the best possible way
Develop and maintain a calendar of content for local delivery in market
Manage social media tracking services and associated agencies ensuring accurate analysis and a high standard of reporting for all Sales Companies across EMEA
Maintain close and collaborative relationships with the in-markets teams
Organise and attend internal and external meetings as appropriate
Compile and manage monthly reports for PR activity across EMEA
Consistently achieve deadlines and maintain first class administrationWhat you need:

An excellent understanding of all aspects of social media management including content creation, amplification and reporting using a variety of industry tools such as Hootsuite and Brandwatch
A good working knowledge of social media analytical reporting including Facebook business manager etc
Excellent knowledge and experience of running multi-platform campaigns, in multiple markets
Excellent project management skills
First class working knowledge of key platforms that we use (Instagram, Facebook, Linkedin), algorithms and understanding analytics of each one
A quick learner who is willing to learn about products and markets
A person with demonstrable drive and the ability to work internally and externally at all levels
An excellent writer with a full range of public relations skills including creative thinking, feature writing, and ability to prepare proposals
Must have excellent organisational skills and be able to work to deadlines
A self-starter with a "Can do!" approach to problems, while maintaining exceptional high -quality control
A person who takes pride in their work, with an eye for detail
Has experience of working in an international environment
