We are looking for a social media assistant with a passion for creating engaging content and
communications to join the Vetro team. The role will include marketing assistance including developing content assets, overseeing social media accounts, growing follower numbers and engagement metrics as well as supporting marketing campaigns.

You will do this by helping the business attract our 3 C s Clients, Candidates and Colleagues. We want to attract the best quality staff available in the market to support our Hospitals, Care settings, Social Housing services and Schools across Wales and England.
Salary and Location
Key duties
Plan and schedule the upload of daily posts to social media channels including LinkedIn and Facebook via a scheduling platform
Support the management team in the development and execution of overall recruitment campaigns, including developing overall social media strategy
Create and write copy for social media posts in line with our tone of voice, ensuring
content assets contribute to the wider marketing strategy and purpose
Manage editorial calendars ensuring that key content assets, commercial messages, campaigns and seasonal messages are reflective of the wider marketing plan and strategy
Provide community management including responding to comments, driving engagement metrics and proactively engaging in groups or discussions to enhance the community following and engagement metrics
Maintain brand consistency across all social channels and campaigns, including visual and narrative brand
Support with marketing automation
Support KPI and reporting initiatives using Google Data Studio and/or social media platform analytics
Support the development of marketing materials including presentations and ad hoc administrative duties
Responsibilities; Plan and schedule the upload of daily posts to social media channels including Instagram and Facebook, via scheduling platform • Support the team in the development and execution of overall social media strategy •
Support and help develop new social media channels (i.e. Youtube, Tik Tok)
Support the team on the influencer strategy by identifying and building valuable relationships with influencers and brand ambassadors
Create and write copy for social media posts in line with company tone of voice
Brainstorm new ideas and feedback new opportunities
Support with community management
Maintain brand consistency across all social channels and campaigns Skills and experience
Experience managing retail social media accounts (1 year minimum)
An understanding of engagement driving content
Creative thinking, with an ability to implement an idea from conception through to completion • Excellent organisational and people skills
Influencer and outreach experience
About You

Experience managing social media accounts for B2B and B2C audiences

Knowledge of social media marketing, particularly LinkedIn, and the ability to create
