About the Creative Agency:

Our client are a London based creative agency, with a focus on PR, advertising, content and experiential. They work with a plethora of highly reputable clients and house-hold names in building recognisable brands. Previous winner of Boutique Agency of the Year Award and with rapid growth plans scheduled for 2023, they now seek a Social Creative to join their successful team.

Responsibilities of the Social Creative:

  • Ideation of social-first creative concepts for a range of different clients and industries
  • Working with digital team and wider agency to produce first-in-class social content plans; including exploring new formats and tapping into emerging trends or changes to social platforms
  • Working alongside in-house studio team and freelance support (designers, videographers and art directors) to see initial concepts through to final asset delivery
  • Contribution towards new business and pitch decks
  • Proactive social media ideation for existing clients and presentation to key stakeholders
  • Continuous lookout for reactive opportunities for clients
  • Strong finger on pulse for social activity able to quickly spot new format changes to take advantage of

About you as a Social Creative:

  • Experience in a similar role
  • Excellent conceptual thinking for a varied range of industries and client needs
  • Strong presenting skills and ability to convey concepts and ideas to clients and internal stakeholders
  • Visual thinker with ability to work with designers and videographers to bring asset concepts to life
  • Passion for the social media landscape strong understanding of channels, trends and consumer engagement
  • Copywriting experience, with ability to bring or work with copywriters to bring TOV to life
  • Trend spotter first to see a potential opportunity and quick to ideate how to maximise it
