Sharepoint Administrator/Developer £35K - £45K + 25 days holiday + Paid Christmas Shutdown Elland Are you an IT professional with a proven track record in Sharepoint management, development and administration? Have you worked with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI)? If so, we can help you! It's a great time to join our client based in Halifax, a leading construction contractor looking to grow from £30m to £100m in the next 5 years. Customer focus, integrity, collaboration, and innovation are at the heart of everything they do - and they need a like-minded SharePoint Administrator/Developer to play a pivotal role in their ongoing deployment of cloud services. As SharePoint Administrator/Developer, you'll help define their transition to cloud-based tools (such as SharePoint Online) and will be central to the deployment of collaborative tech applications using Microsoft Power Platform. You will have the opportunity to maximise the capabilities of Microsoft 365, and also gain experience of collaborative technology - such as Power Apps, Power Automate and Power BI. This is a brand new role so has a certain "blank canvass" feel to it. You'll have the constant support of your manager and wider team, so that you can learn and thrive in a positive and collaborative team environment. As a Sharepoint Administrator/Developer Experience: SharePoint and the Microsoft Power Platform Experience building Microsoft Power apps Experience in maintaining the Microsoft 365 admin centre and associated security policies Knowledge and proven experience in web design through the Microsoft SharePoint Platform Experience with integration and application programming interfaces (APIs) Proven experience in the development of IT projects from concept to completion whilst collaborating with key stakeholdersSharepoint Administrator/Developer Key Duties: Innovating and implementing business improvement through your input to the Transformation Team and across the wider business by: Working with the team to 'automate' their business processes Assessing the suitability of solutions in SharePoint and the Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI) Scoping out potential Microsoft 365 development with a focus on automating and integrating, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint and the Power platform Designing solutions based on Microsoft best practices Assisting with the project management, development and implementation of our new operating system (Advanced) along with integration with Microsoft 365 applications. Consulting with business stakeholders and providing technical solutions from concept to completion Providing support, guidance, training and technical advice to users on all Microsoft 365 applications and the new operating system Assisting with driving the adoption of all new applicationsSharepoint Administrator/Developer Salary & Benefits: This is a permanent, full-time role for which you will receive an excellent salary of up to £45K + Benefits (depending on experience), along with additional benefits including 25 days holiday (plus bank holidays) + paid Christmas Shutdown, 5% employer pension contribution, death in service benefit (4 x salary), training and development opportunities, flexible, family friendly working environment and Team/company events and competitions.
