Job Description

My client is a company with a UK HQ in Dudley, West Mids, who create breakthrough software, striving for excellence in software engineering, product design and customer support.

The salary for this position is £35,000 - £45,000 (DOE) + profit share scheme and attractive pension contribution.

They seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist to add to its Marketing team. In this position, you will be responsible for global digital marketing initiatives including, but not limited to, Google Ads, social media, Search Engine Optimization (SEO), and data-driven content development and optimisation.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor s degree with a major in Marketing or a related subject
  • Two or more years of digital marketing experience
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with an innovative mindset
  • Experience with Google Analytics (GA4 a strong preference), and Google Tag Manager
  • Superb organisational, time management, and communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook
  • Ability to multi-task and work efficiently under pressure with careful attention to detail
  • It would be beneficial to have experience with SEMrush, Salesforce/Pardot or similar marketing automation systems

Responsibilities:

  • Create and monitor effective benchmarks for measuring the impact of online marketing, and analyse, review, and provide relevant reports to management.
  • Analyse performance data to optimise and improve targeting, industry messaging, creative, and overall campaign performance.
  • Manage and oversee the performance of Google Ads in conjunction with a local SEO agency, as well as on and off-page SEO tactics in cooperation with the web development team.
  • Be a key player in their marketing automation journey, leveraging CRM and marketing automation systems for insightful data analysis.
