Hybrid working is available, with a minimum of one day in the London studio per week

Profiles Creative have once again partnered with this highly respected and long established Creative Design Agency in their search for a Senior Account Manager, or an Account Manager ready for the next step up.

This agency are renowned for producing extremely high quality design solutions for a truly impressive portfolio of global clients from Professional Services and Corporate sectors.

This is an opportunity to be part of a fast-paced, highly-skilled passionate creative team who aren't afraid of exploring new technologies and are always abreast of industry trends and dedicated to providing clients with the highest level of creative solutions and customer service.

They are a full service design agency which offers a variety of services including branding, website design and development, pitches, proposals and marketing collateral.

They now need a skilled Account Manager to help develop the account management capability and manage their growing client portfolio. You'll be an integral part of the agency, working with the client and internal teams to manage the delivery of projects, using agreed workflows and processes, whilst meeting business objectives, goals and targets.Responsibilities

  • Build successful and lasting relationships - being the first point of contact and available for your clients
  • Briefing in designers and working with the resource team
  • Understand the importance of brands and working within brand guidelines
  • Run account meetings and take responsibility for service levels and feedback
  • Spot new business opportunities and providing support on client pitches
  • Drive forward client strategy within the agency, assisting with revenue growth
  • Effective project management through the full lifecycle - highlighting issuesnd proactively resolving problems, including budget control
  • Prepare client facing documents and presentations
  • Create and manage project timelines and budgets from brief through to delivery
  • Ensuring efficient monthly client billing


  • At least 3+ years of experience in an agency background
  • A strong strategic thinker, highly efficient, results driven, and solutions orientated
  • You'll be proficient in handling multiple accounts, building strong and lasting relationships
  • You will thrive in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment
  • Organised, detail oriented and delivery focused
  • Experience in taking projects from brief through to delivery
  • Be confident and successful in presenting and communicating ideas to clients
  • You will love coporate and B2B projects and will have a track record of working with big name corporate brands
  • You'll be revenue focused and results driven

This is a hybrid role with a minimum of 1 day a week in their London studio.
