Key Responsibilities for the Account Director / Senior Account Director

  • Report into the Client Services Director, and work within the client services team.
  • Manage a Junior Account Director, Senior Account Manager and a Senior Account Executive - Offering mentoring, personal development and leadership.
  • Lead and grow a portfolio of accounts, consistently developing a relationship between the agency and the client.
  • Get stuck in with new pitches for new business, and constantly seek new business opportunities.
  • Work collectively with the strategy and creative teams on developing and writing inspirational and creative briefs.
  • Ensuring the profitability and strategic growth of client accounts.
  • Consistently keeping an eye out for the latest trends and latest news in the market.

All About You!

  • Minimum 6 years' experience agency side.
  • Experience managing B2B clients.
  • Experience managing junior team members, offering strategic direction, and mentoring.
  • Experience delivering Integrated campaigns.
  • You have a good understanding of exceeding a clients' needs and building strong relationships with new and existing clients.
  • You can get stuck in and work on a variety of projects at a time.
  • Strong presentation, communication, and written skills.
  • You have a creative mindset as you can think outside of the box.
