Job Description

Career Teachers are currently looking for a number of teaching assistants to work in a SEN High school on a full time or part time basis. All students at this school have Education & Health Care Plans (EHCP's) specifying Social, Emotional and Mental Health difficulties as their primary need. Our client is a specialist provision that provides bespoke education and support for each student. It is central to their practice that each student is treated as an individual so that the school can meet their complex needs. If you are a compassionate, driven teaching assistant with an excellent knack at building strong relationships, we want to hear from you. Applications are encouraged from those with a background in working in SEND schools, residential support, care, or those with a vested interest in working within SEND careers such as Educational Psychologists, Speech and Language Therapists and similar.
