An experienced Negotiator is required by a successful and forward thinking Independent Estate Agency based in the Medway area covering Sales and Lettings.
My client has over twenty five years local knowledge and experience in Selling and Letting property in the Medway towns, Sittingbourne and Maidstone areas.
Their teams work closely with a pro-active approach to ensure that they deliver results by employing bespoke marketing strategies and effective negotiation and a huge percentage of their business is from recommendations and returning clients.
They are looking for a smart and confident individual who is either currently working in Estate Agency or a target driven and career focussed individual who is looking to forge a new and exciting career in property in return you will receive ongoing training and the opportunity to progress.
This role will be concentrating on the Sales side of the Business but they will consider candidates from a Lettings background.
Your daily responsibilities will involve -
Dealing with vendors Registering applicants Booking and conducting viewings Attending Valuations Cross selling additional Mortgage and conveyancing services Sales progression Representing the brand Providing excellent customer service Some listing and valuing knowledge would be an advantage but not essential Overseeing the team in the Managers absence
