In this role as Senior PR Manager you would be:
- Taking briefs from clients, identifying key messages and audiences, and developing creative and strategic campaigns
- Regular campaign evaluation
- Proactively communicating with clients in a friendly, confident, and professional manner
- Drafting accurate, well-written and creative content including press releases, feature articles, blogs, website and social media content.
- Dealing with the media; speaking to journalists and providing information and spokespeople
- Managing design projects from concept and brief to finished print
- Planning and managing events (open days, journalist visits, and seminars)
- Keeping abreast of current PR and marketing trends and tools
- Identifying relevant opportunities to secure further account growth
- Playing an active role in finding new business: identifying and following up prospects, developing proposals and presentations
- Involvement in new business pitches
- Management and development of senior account executives who will report to you on client accounts
To secure this Senior PR Manager role role you will need:
- Experience gained in a creative B2B PR agency or maybe you have in house experience and want to make the move
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills
- Excellent media relations skills
- The ability to work with confidence and to establish credibility with clients
- Good organisational skills
- A positive attitude
- Excellent attention to detail
