JOB TITLE: People and Culture Coordinator
COMPANY: Creative Marketing Agency
CONTRACT: Permanent
HOURS: 09:30-18:00pm
SALARY: £24,000-£28,000 pa
LOCATION: Liverpool Street station, hybrid working, 2 days in the office 3 days from home!

Coordinating written offers, references, issuing welcome packs, running inductions etc. for new joiners.
Coordinating the offboarding process for leavers.
Acting as first port of call for general employee queries.
Tasked to responding efficiently to standard requests and escalate non-standard requests as appropriate.
Coordinating and supporting the performance review processes, including probation and annual reviews.
Providing administrative support for the agency's Learning and Development and Wellbeing Programmes.
Issuing and filing promotions & pay increase letters.
Updating and maintaining the HRIS and payroll records with all relevant employee and pay-related changes.
Managing payroll administration of our benefits each month which includes providing employees with cost quotes, adding new joiners to the benefit & removing leavers (e.g. for private medical, cycle to work loans or dental insurance)
Responding to payslip queries.
Maintaining the HRIS, Engagement Survey Platform and Organisation chart.
Regularly creating standard reports (Holiday, Sickness, Turnover, etc).SKILLS, EXPERIENCE AND ATTRIBUTES REQUIRED:

Excellent organisational, administrative skills, and proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office 365
Strong people person with strong customer service ethic
Effective communication skills
Able to maintain confidentiality and share information appropriately and professionally
Being a Warm & Friendly individual
