The Agency Admin Assistant Opportunity:

As Agency Admin Assistant, you'll work alongside the wider Group Services team who are always on hand to help, but you'll be comfortable working autonomously and managing your own priorities to ensure an efficient and effective service to the businesses. Part of the role will be helping the agency and consultancy teams with admin support. This could be anything from proof-reading, document formatting and template preparation.

We're also looking for someone keen to get stuck into supporting our creative marketing agency, Five by Five. This support will be mainly focussed on managing the agency's social media channels and supporting our new business and client service teams with research, campaign analysis and writing case studies.

You'll be exposed to every area of the Group, particularly the marketing and new business department, so the progression opportunities are endless.

About You:

+ Ideally, you'll have worked in a customer facing or administration role before, such as Reception, Account Exec or Customer Service+ Excellent verbal and written communications skills+ Experience using Microsoft Office+ Excellent attention to detail+ A high level of initiative+ A positive can-do attitude to problem solving+ Enthusiasm and drive+ Able to adapt to an agile working environment
