Job Description

REED in Teesside are currently working with a leading distributor with over 35 years' in their industry who are based in Middlesbrough, who are looking to recruit a talented and ambitious Marketing Manager on a full-time, permanent basis.

Main Responsibilities:

• Create and implement multi-channel marketing campaigns, both online and offline, as well as advertising and SEO strategies• Product Support - lead the creation of content, videos, sales literature, and internal communications• Content Management across the company websites• Optimise the websites using data analytics• Manage and oversee direct mail campaigns across all channels• Lead online commerce across all digital channels and marketplaces• Provide Monthly and adhoc reporting on marketing activity to the Directors• Liaise with an external outsourced agency who will manage back office web development and graphics• Create promotional activities to support the sales plan with blogs etc• Manage and support exhibitions as and when required• Manage PPC and Social Media ads.• Develop digital marketing campaigns to promote the business.• Manage and deliver Paid Search campaigns - Google Adwords.• Social Media management - Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram and Twitter to enhance client engagement and communicate with target audiences• Create engaging content for the various social media platforms• Manage social media campaigns, to drive traffic to the website• Develop Paid Facebook Ad campaigns• Design ads, graphics and brochures using Adobe InDesign

Candidate Requirements:

• A degree in Marketing, or similar qualification.• Proven track record of a R.O.I through marketing channels and strategies• Previous experience within a Marketing role, ideally in both print and digital media marketing.• Brand development experience• Experience of developing communications and PR• PPC and Social Media ad experience• Be creative, enthusiastic and customer driven• Have proven experience and success in product marketing• Be a strong and supportive Leader with a positive 'can do attitude'• Expertise in social media and digital marketing techniques to drive increased customer engagement and brand perception• Excellent planning and organisational skills - well-structured and self-disciplined• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)• Experience of creating and managing online and offline Marketing campaigns• Knowledge of SEO, Social Media, Paid Search and Design
