Marketing and Communications Manager / Remote / 33.5k / Public Sector Your new companyYour new organisation is a Not-for-profit organisation that operates within the Social Housing sector, this organisation are looking for a Marketing and Communications Manager to join there dynamic team on a full time permanent basis.Your new roleYour prime responsibilities will be to manage all communications and engagement functions including operational tasks and projects, in relation to marketing events, products and membership services, internal communications, digital marketing, and web development. The post-holder will design and deliver communications, messaging, and campaigns, acting as a subject matter expert and key point of contact through successful stakeholder management, leading projects and producing content for both internal and external communication outputs across a range of media platforms. Through effective management you will ensure that all projects are delivered on time and to budget. You will use membership insight to shape effective messaging and activity and use evaluation techniques to monitor success of activity in regards to the successful promotion of the organisation.What you'll need to succeedYou will be able demonstrate a previous track record of Stakeholder management and show competency in delivering content across various marketing platforms. You will have experience of developing and managing the delivery of communication campaigns and activity. You will have a proven track record of writing press releases aimed at all levels of the media and be able to demonstrate evidence of utilising web content management systems and managing websites to deliver communications. You will be confident in delivering presentations and make judgements about how best to utilise information to manage the organisations reputation. The successful candidate will have excellent oral and written communication skills with the ability to produce clear, concise messaging.
