Interim Accountant - Creative Agency

We are currently seeking an experienced Accountant/Bookkeeper for an interim role with our client, a platform company specializing in creative brands and agencies, based in Amsterdarm Noord. The successful candidate will be reporting directly to the new Finance Director. and responsible for various accounting tasks, including migration of the company's finance administration to a new ERP system.

Description

• Support with migration of finance admin platorm to a new ERP system.
• Assist the Financial Director with ad hoc finance & accounting tasks.
• Perform accounts payable administration, ensuring accuracy and timely processing of invoices and payments.
• Manage banking activities, including reconciliations and cash flow management.
• Handle batch payments and maintain records of financial transactions.
• Book new invoices and maintain an organized filing system.
• Have experience with VAT administration, particularly with international trading.
• Work closely with Exact Global and the new ERP system, Netsuite.
