The Job Role
The Head of Commercial Agency role will be responsible for the day to day running of the Commercial Agency department. The job will include dealing with business owners and commercial landlords, generating and carrying out market appraisals, acquisition work, listing and marketing Commercial Property, generating and carrying out viewings and negotiating offers and seeing transactions through to completion.
With clients ranging from private individuals to national corporates, the organisation offers the same level of service with clear, professional and consistent advice on all property matters.

Required Job Skills
  • A property related degree
  • Ideally knowledge of the Worcestershire Commercial Property Market

  • Previous Commercial Agency experience
  • RICS qualification
