As a Graduate Agency Surveyor, you will become an integral part of our vibrant and seasoned team of real estate professionals. Key Responsibilities:

  • Viewings and Inspections: Accompany senior surveyors on property viewings and inspections, honing your skills in assessing property suitability.
  • Negotiation Support: Assist in negotiations for lease terms, purchase agreements, and rent reviews with property owners and tenants.
  • Marketing Materials: Contribute to the creation of compelling marketing materials, including property brochures and listings.
  • Database Management: Maintain precise records of available properties and client information in our databases.
  • Industry Networking: Attend industry events and networking opportunities to cultivate professional connections.
  • Client Reporting: Prepare reports and presentations for clients, showcasing potential properties and market insights.
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance to the agency team as required.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree: Possess a degree in Real Estate, Property Management, or a related field (or an equivalent qualification).
  • Passion for Commercial Real Estate: Exhibit a strong interest in office, industrial, and retail properties.
  • Exceptional Communication: Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
