Job Description

Are you an experienced or recently qualified EYFS Practitioner ? Are able to work up until 6pm, Monday to Friday, during term time? Are you keen to support and nurture children in Early Years? If your answer is yes to these questions, then this particular role of an EYFS Practitioner is for you! In Wembley, Primary schools are in need of EYFS Practitioners in their Early Years classrooms on an ad hoc or short term or long-term basis, for the right candidate the possibility of a permanent contract is also available. For this role of a EYFS Practitioner: -You will need to have solid knowledge and understanding of Development Matters (2021) -Experience of working or interacting with children within EYFS -Have a Level 2 or 3 in Children's Care, Learning and Development or relevant Teaching Assistant diploma, is essential for this role -Be prepared to support with any personal care tasks to support the children within EYFS -Have previous employed or voluntary work experience within a school or nursery setting is essential -Be supportive, nurturing, empathetic and friendly -Display clear and strong communication skills -Speak fluent English -Have Grade C or above in GCSE English and Maths -Have an Enhanced DBS on the DBS Update Service -Provide 2 references from within the past 2 years If this role of 'EYFS Practitioner' sparks your interest, please apply by contacting Sally Roche at Career Teachers.
