Estate Agency Sales Manager


£28,000 - £32,000 + Commission and car allowance.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an outstanding & experienced Senior Sales Negotiator to join our client, who is a multi-award winning independent Estate Agency with offices covering Finchley and surrounding area.

As Sales Manager you will be more than confident winning listings and gaining new instructions, and in this environment, you will have the opportunity to showcase your amazing marketing skills - ensuring the brand is out there and people come to you first! Your amazing communication skills will ensure that clients and prospective clients are up to date constantly and you will be constantly prospecting for new valuations and manage the office pipeline, you will be rewarded with an excellent salary and some award-winning training.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Agreeing deals and ensuring monthly KPIs and banking's are consistently hit
  • Dealing with customer enquiries effectively
  • Regular Vendor care and obtaining price reductions
  • Developing more junior members of staff
  • Qualifying offers and negotiating deals
  • Passing business to the mortgage broker & panel solicitors
  • Sharing ideas for canvassing and marketing
  • Leading by example & supporting the team where needed
  • Prospecting to generate valuations and building landlord database
  • Perform market appraisals and take on instructions.
  • Prepare and record company figures when needed
  • Identify and implement strategies to increase stock levels and build market share
  • Effective sales progression to ensure deals exchange asap.
  • Ensure focus on own development, progression and improving skills
  • Maintain compliance with industry and internal process
  • Any other duties requested by Directors.
