Job Summary

The Enterprise Digital and Social Media Manager is responsible for the strategy and execution of all digital marketing strategies including SEO, paid search, digital display and social media. They will manage digital and social agencies to ensure expectations are being met and budget dollars spent effectively. This position will also lead the strategy behind website transformation as well as overall website maintenance.


Duties and Responsibilities

  • Accountable for the strategy and management of all social and digital marketing platforms, serving as the social media point of contact, and ensuring system maintenance, status, vendor relationships, timely responses, and positive experiences for customers and stakeholders.
  • Plans and implements web-based marketing strategies and campaigns via the company website.
  • Manage the development and implementation of digital paid media strategies to support business goals.
  • Manage social media agency in the development of social media content to engage social media community.
  • Develop and maintain social media calendars across key social media platforms.
  • Tracks, analyzes and communicates important metrics surrounding social and digital performance. Offer viable solutions to issues and opportunities.
  • Manage the day-to-day activities of social media agencies and digital consultants.
  • Develop strategies for and execute search engine marketing efforts including search engine optimization, paid search campaigns and social media optimization.
  • Manage digital budgets to ensure efficient and effective spend of marketing dollars.
  • Continually monitor and examine key social media performance indicators, making recommendations for ways to optimize exposure and user engagement, and reporting on the social media analytics from those efforts.
  • Manage and update location information including hours and amenities on Google, company website and app.
  • Lead website transformation and maintenance.
  • Ensure "consumer-first" approach to the web-site transformation.
  • Monitor and maintain an on-going awareness of all social media and digital marketing developments and like-minded branding, competitors, trends, etc.

Qualifications

  • BS in Marketing or relevant field, MBA preferred.
  • 5+ years of professional experience in managing and maintaining digital marketing and social media.
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
  • Keen ability to manage multiple projects with numerous ever-changing deadlines.
  • Familiarity working across social media and digital platforms.
  • Ability to cope with shifting priorities and quick response times.
