Digital Marketing Specialist - Social Media

A video processing company within the live events industry based in Ealing is looking to recruit a Digital Marketing Specialist. The Digital Marketing Specialist will support the Marketing Manager and Group Marketing Manager focusing on a range of digital tasks and taking on specific marketing projects. Key Responsibilities

Manage and grow social media presence in accordance with an established communications plan and social media guidelines, using HootSuite
Social listening to track, analyse and respond to comments and engagement across all social media platforms
Produce a content plan for Social Media efforts in collaboration with the Marketing Manager
Produce monthly website and social media reports using Google Analytics and the relevant social channels, and any other pertinent web analytics software
Upload PR/blogs and articles to the website and promote on all social media platforms accordingly
Manage and maintain the website, including any amendments and updates to copy and images, via the content management system (WordPress)
Advise on optimisation for SEO/SEM and conduct keyword research where appropriate.
Work with the Marketing Manager and Web Developer to adapt and augment the existing website and create new landing pages/blocks where appropriate
Act as a brand ambassador to promote the brand through digital channels both internally and externally
Create digital paid for ad campaigns, track results and provide insight and recommendations
Manage the data for targeted email campaigns and distribution of mailshots using MailChimp & NetSuite, working with the sales team if appropriate
Research new online media opportunities that may be of benefit to Brompton
Keep up to date with current digital trends
Create short videos and GIFs appropriate for use on social media/Brompton's websiteEssential Qualifications

Digital Marketing or Communications Graduate (2:1 or higher) or equivalent - with at least 2 years previous digital marketing experience either in-house or with a marketing agency preferably in the B2B sector
Experience in social listening and managing corporate social media accounts
Highly competent with WordPress, HootSuite, and SEO tactics
Good experience of Microsoft office and the Adobe Suite, in particular InDesign
Proven experience of delivery of successful integrated marketing campaigns
Solid knowledge of web analytics tools e.g., Google Analytics
Highly competent in SEO techniques
Highly competent in MailChimp/email marketing
Strong communication skills in both verbal and written English, preferably a confident writer
