Job Description

  • Manage the digital elements of campaigns including SEM/ PPC through content marketing and social media
  • Monitor outreach and engagement, day-to-day optimisation, results analysis and testing new strategies
  • Measure the impact of campaigns including engagement, web traffic and conversions
  • Use Google Analytics and other tools to analyse, interpret and share the data behind the results
  • Apply SEO techniques to help optimise content
  • Research current and new innovations in content marketing and PPC/ SEM
  • Maintain an up-to date knowledge of web monitoring platforms like Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager and Google Search Console
  • Maintain current knowledge of paid and organic tools for search engines and social media platforms like Google, YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, Telegram, Twitter and LinkedIn
  • Understand the fundamentals of on-page and off-page SEO including keyword creation
  • Monitor and manage contact database to maximise outreach

Core Tasks

Ability to support, manage or take lead on all digital and social campaigns from briefing through to full


Contributing to new business pitches from the digital perspective - idea generation, delivery

Strategic application of all digital platforms

Fully versed in twitter, instagram, pinterest, linkedin, telegram and facebook for business/b2b

Understanding and implementation of online advertising - banner adverts, booster ads etc including

management of associated budgets

Client relationship management from the digital arena

Understanding of how digital fits within an integrated marketing campaign

Digital metric reporting both inhouse and for clients

Core Skills

Full capability across all design elements to include:

o All social media platforms

o Online advertising

o Preference for HTML or dreamweaver understanding

o Digital metric interrogation

Excellent organisational and time management skills - a self-starter, ability to balance a number competing

priorities, with an appreciation of when to seek advice and guidance

Creative flair and innovative style - showcasing best digital practice

Team player but equally comfortable working independently

Commercial awareness to ensure digital work has practical capabilities

Strong inter-personal skills - emotionally intelligent team player

Social/digital media skills

The successful candidate will likely have 2-5 years experience within a known agency/ digital role (see above scope

of positions).

The successful candidate must be confident enough and comfortable to deal with the full pitch and response to

proposal stage and have the ability to juggle multiple tasks.
