Digital Marketing Manager - 12-month FTC to start immediately! Up to 49,000 + Package - Hybrid Working- Based in Manchester

Futures are excited to be working with a well-known FMCG business who have an impressive portfolio of natural products. This business has achieved impressive YoY growth over recent years, are B Corp Certified and have exciting projects in the pipeline focused around sustainability.

Reporting directly to the Marketing Director, as Digital Marketing Manager you will oversee a small team, manage the relationship with the paid digital agency as well as leading on the digital strategy.

Alongside this, you will be hands on across the full digital mix, including the management of our D2C website, email and CRM platforms, paid advertising, SEO, social commerce, affiliates and PPC.

Key Duties of a Digital Marketing Manager:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, drive online traffic, and generate leads
  • Plan and manage digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including email, social media, SEO/SEM, display advertising, and content marketing
  • Analyse key metrics and performance data to track the effectiveness of digital marketing efforts
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, product development, and external agencies, to ensure alignment and integration of digital marketing initiatives with overall business objectives
  • Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in digital marketing, and incorporate them into our strategies
  • Manage the digital marketing budget effectively and ensure campaigns are delivered on time and within budget

Your Key Skills & Experience of a Digital Marketing Manager:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in Digital Marketing
  • Experience within the FMCG industry
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful trade marketing strategies and initiatives
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and insights to drive actionable recommendations
  • Passion/interest within sustainability
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
