Position Overview:

As a Digital Marketing Lead, you will play a crucial role in developing and executing digital marketing strategies for their in-house projects and clients. You will be responsible for crafting engaging social media campaigns, optimising SEO content for websites, and creating eye-catching graphics for print materials.

Responsibilities:

Digital Marketing Strategy: Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies that align with client goals and the agency's vision.

Social Media Management: Manage and grow clients' social media presence across various platforms. Create and curate content, schedule posts, and engage with the online community.

SEO Optimisation: Conduct keyword research, on-page and off-page SEO optimisation, and monitor website performance using analytics tools to improve search engine rankings.

Content Creation: Produce high-quality, engaging, and relevant content for websites, blogs, and social media, ensuring consistency with brand voice and messaging.

Graphic Design: Design visually appealing graphics for print materials, including brochures, flyers, banners, and promotional materials.

Client Collaboration: Collaborate closely with clients to understand their unique needs and goals, providing regular updates and reports on campaign performance.

Analytics and Reporting: Monitor and analyse campaign performance, provide insights, and make data-driven recommendations for optimisation.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in digital marketing, with a focus on social media management, SEO, and graphic design.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms (Google Analytics, SEMRush, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.).
  • Strong creative and design skills with experience in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
