- Extensive experience in the Marketing, Brand Management, Advertising or Design
- A proven track record in the successful ideation and translation of creative vision into excellent concepts and approaches that engage and delight.
- Excellent knowledge of graphic design, animation, and video editing software.
- Experience of agency management
- Exceptional stakeholder (internal and external) management.
- Good time management and multitasking skills are essential.
- A keen awareness of current trends in marketing, advertising, and graphic design
An expert in turning the seeds of an idea into reality, you ll take the lead on developing out the visual creative strategy, making sure we are fully aligned with brand and business goals. Alongside these strategic elements, you will be personally concepting and delivering fantastic outputs, focusing on several key areas: Brand & creative strategy

Developing out the new visual language and style to amplify the brand messaging across all digital touchpoints. Act as the custodian of the visual guidelines, ensuring all creative outcomes follow them. Concepting & idea development
Developing leading edge creative ideas, designs and wider creative solutions that can work all channels, including print, digital, events, social, film & video. Storyboarding & video production
Using your visual storytelling skills to bring ideas to life, then producing graphics and videos yourself or translating your ideas to for agency delivery. Developing content types
working with the SCME to refine the existing content types and find new media and mechanics for serving content. Delivery
working with the SCME and other stakeholders to deliver outstanding creative approaches across all categories of activity that engage and delight our customers and meet business goals.The company.
