This role is perfect for someone who loves to be hands-on, can continually use and apply their initiative to their work as well as has the ability to work to deadlines and under pressure when needed!

About the role:

Have strong understanding of marketing campaign creation and planning, and manage the entire process from concept to rollout, enhancing performance to reporting and measurement to show customer success.

Use the LinkedIn and Google Ads platform to compile relevant insights and track the success of online advertising for clients.

Be part of an awesome team who create amazing output, building relationships that last because our work actually works.

Write reactive and creative copy suitable for whitepapers, reports, news, blogs, emails and publication.

Communicating with the wider team to ensure all of the assets for deliverables are ready to be approved and have the ability to deliver them in the correct way, such as uploading them to websites or social media.

Preparing briefs for whitepapers, reports, news pieces and artwork for the team.

Continually undertake industry research and follow trends to support both ours, and the clients overall strategy.

Host and prepare for strategy, reporting and auditing calls with clients to show trajectory packed with useful insights.

Maintaining and following marketing strategies and content delivery maps to ensure deliverables are executed in a timely manner and to schedule.

Work closely with clients and support them where needed, and be reactive to urgent pieces with the ability to execute and drive these forward.

Internally approving and preparing copy, content as well as assets ready to face clients.

Collaborate with the team to ensure the consistency of messaging across our assets.

Build excellent ad copy, for both online and print ads.

Compose and write newsletter and email journey copy for a range of clients.

Have an eye for creative to provide constructive feedback to the team to produce clean, high quality material for print and online.

Creative capability, using Adobe suite and knowledge of CMS such as Wordpress as well as CRM like Salesforce/SugarCRM and Email Marketing software and Automation such as Pardot or Marketo are all a bonus.

The ideal candidate will be:

  • Strong marketing operational and analytical skills.
  • Manage budgets and forecasts, provide analysis of costs and ROI projections and actuals.
  • Strong business analysis and client account management.
  • Oversee all client and own brand marketing initiatives and events.
  • Developing vendor partnerships and manage 3rd party providers.
  • Financial planning, forecasting and budget experience including a management of all financial reconciliation and requirements for finance team and client reporting.
  • Oversee all marketing materials and creative assets - managing client brand experience to ensure consistency across all touch points, including websites, apps, emails, and social media.
  • Manage direct reports as needed for Managing Director.
