Lead the Creative team in a well-respected digital agency.
Flexible and remote working with offices in London and Bristol.
Enhanced maternity + paternity, 30 days holiday (+bh), private healthcare and more.Were looking for a Creative Director to join one of Bristols top agency teams, to bring creative innovation to an amazing digital and tech offering.

What youll be doingThe agency has a long history of providing digital solutions to well-known brands in commercial, the public sector and with not for profits. Projects are varied but include digital transformation, user experience and service design, UI design and build, social and video.

The team have worked hard over the years to build tech capability and become a leading choice for tech delivery. Both UX and Creative are areas of huge opportunity too, this is where the Creative Director will step in.The Creative Director will lead a studio of art directors, copywriters and UI Designers as well as a tried and tested freelance network thats called upon to support the in-house crew.

The role will focus on creative concepts and leadership, being the face and voice of creative internally and externally. The lead creative in the room for pitches and client meetings, the CD will mentor and nurture the studio team and help to bring the creative ambition of the agency in line with its technical capability.

This CD role calls for a digital expert, someone that can provide great ideas, underpinned by great technology and user experience.

What experience youll need
Previous experience in a senior creative role such as Creative Director, Associate Creative Director, Head of Creative or similar.
A portfolio full of great digital work that includes UI design (web or product). Any social or video experience beneficial too.
Good conceptual ability and technical understanding of how great digital ideas are delivered.

A leader;
passionate about creative and confident communicating ideas with your team and on pitches / client meetings.
Anyone active in the wider creative community at events or as part of groups and meetups would be highly desirable.
