I'm currently recruiting for an Experience Communication and Media Officer to join a lovely team based in Bootle, Liverpool. This is a temporary role for approximately 3 months with the potential to be extended.
Hours: 35 hours pw
Dutes:
- Generate, develop and evaluate engaging and effective internal and external communications
- Develop, write, deliver and evaluate effective communication plans, campaign and project plans
- Work with the Corporate Communications and staff across the Service to manage and develop external website content to ensure content is useful, relevant, and targeted to all users, including hard to reach audiences
- Possess, maintain and develop an expertise in digital communication via a range of social media platforms, including analytics, audience demographics, music and image copyright
- Using emotional intelligence and networking skills, proactively create, develop and maintain positive, professional and trusting working relationships
- Plan, create and evaluate multi-platform campaigns across print, web, social media, video and outdoor advertising and demonstrate expert knowledge across all of these campaign elements
- Use advanced design skills to develop, authentic, innovative and engaging design work for internal and external communications
- Master complex industry standard video/audio editing software and pro-standard video, photo and audio equipment to create professional broadcast-standard films for internal and external transmission
- Demonstrate a confident and disciplined approach to the development, maintenance and enforcement of branding guidelines
- Play a key role in event support and delivery including planning, video and audio production, design and production of certificates, order of service and associated collateral
- Write, design and produce the MFRS staff magazine, Intranet articles, and all forms of external and internal communication using advanced writing skills, proofreading expertise, expert design skills and mastery of complex design software
