Client Details

This multi-disciplinary property consultancy provides services to leading landlords in the North region and you will be joining and expert team with a strong commitment to their people and their development.


You will undertake the range of commercial agency surveying services.

This will include commercial lettings, sales, disposals and acquisitions. You will also from time to time be requested to also assist the wider commercial business in Asset Valuation & Management and Landlord & Tenant instructions and along with other duties as required. You will liaise with key stakeholders, solicitors, clients, buyers and other property professionals and work with a 'can-do' attitude to get the work done. You will manage your own work load and portfolio of cases, with support staff and senior support to help you succeed.


You will have experience of working as a property agent with commercial property and / or land. You must be able to demonstrate competency across a range of agency experience and marketing practices, including online data research, tools and techniques. MRICS status is not essential for this position but would be a benefit. The most important thing is your ability to challenge, support, influence and engage with colleagues and stakeholders at all levels to "make the deals happen". Further technical surveying development is available within this role.
