The Role:

As an Account Manager, you will play a crucial role in managing and developing relationships with clients, overseeing their digital marketing campaigns, and providing expert guidance to enhance their brands' performance.   • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their digital management needs
  • Establish and nurture strong, long-term client relationships through regular communication
  • Manage workload efficiently, ensuring client-specific requirements are met across all digital marketing aspects
  • Collaborate closely with a talented team, sharing work, client insights, and effective communication
  • Propose, design, and execute digital projects to maximise customer return on investment (ROI)

  • Proven work experience as an Account Manager or call center operator
  • Hands-on experience with SEO/SEM or CRM software
  • Proficiency in implementing and optimising Google AdWords campaigns
  • In-depth understanding of online marketing tools and social media platforms
  • Customer service and account management experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong analytical capabilities
  • BSc degree in Marketing or relevant field

Person Specification:

  • 1-2 years of experience working with agencies or in-house creative teams
  • Proven track record in project or account management
  • Thrive in a fast-paced marketing environment
  • Confident, energetic approach
  • Excellent communication, organisational, and multitasking skills
  • Meticulous attention to detail
  • Creativity and design-oriented mindset
  • Proficient in various PC skills, including Google Ads, Canva, CRM, CMS, Hootsuite, and email campaign marketing platforms

Education and Experience:

  • A-Level or equivalent education preferred
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in account management and sales
