Account Director - Social Media Agency
I am looking for an Account Director to join an award winning (Agency of the Year) social media agency in London.
My client is small but mighty and growing exponentially, which they need your help with. They create career defining, industry topping, enviably creative campaigns for some of the biggest brand names in the UK.
For them social is everything, and they expect the same from you too. You'll be joining a highly creative team that excels in creating best in class content.
·Be accountable for delivering best in class campaigns to current clients
·Lead on new business development with pitches and upselling to current clients
·Line manage and mentor team, ensuring critical path is kept and campaigns delivered on time
·Budget management - You will be tasked with budget of each campaign and client ensuring quality and creativity are not compromised
·Crisis management - you will be a natural born problem solver and creative thinker
·Excellent communicator and presenter to internal team, senior stakeholders, and clients
·Project Management - you will have a proven track record of end to end management of social campaigns
·People Management - you will be managing your own team as well as outside vendors and freelancers
·A natural at multi-tasking, with excellent attention to detail
·Be seen as an authority on social trends and developments in the industry
·Have a love of people, culture and the ever evolving digital landscape in the UK and ROW
