We're supporting a leading Digital Agency in finding an Account Director to come in and own 2 key account streams.
The business themselves hold collective design thinking at their core and pride themselves on creating seamless digital experiences from websites to digital customer engagement strategies for their customers.
They were recently awarded a prestigious marketing community award for their work, as well as a holding a number gold partner awards for leading CMS' - it's fair to say that the briefs and work that is being delivered is well considered in the industry and only getting better as they grow.
The Account Director role will see you supporting 2 major client portfolios across financial services and also some amazing food and beverage brands with a vivid social presence and some exciting concepts and ideas.
The F&B brands are especially socially engaged and bringing fun and interactive digital experiences to their customers, if you're an individual that likes to think outside the box and truly engage with a loyal following with digital journeys and creativity.
Due to the size and nature of the clients we're looking for an experience Account Director who has the capability to design, deliver and support the clients needs. Someone with experience across agency side design delivery, a creative marketeer and an excellent relationship builder & stakeholder manager. You will own the client relationships with the support of a team of senior account managers and account execs, as well as working alongside the strategy and project management team to deliver world class digital experiences.

Skills and experience;
- Experience as Account Director within an agency environment.
- E2E ownership of client briefs and delivery.
- Confident manager of clients and internal staff.
- A business mindset and ability spot opportunities for growth or upselling.
- Experience delivering multi-function design experiences - strategy, UX, development and marketing.
